John Edwards
CEO

John Edwards brings over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience from which he has developed an extensive network combined with a machine learning approach to candidate screening and vetting. Throughout his career, John has had the opportunity to work for a variety organizations in healthcare, technology, and consulting.

This experience provides a broad array of strategic and operational business knowledge that can be leveraged in candidate screening discussions. John has placement experience with AstraZeneca, ADP, Paychex, McKesson, Wolters Kluwer Clinical Solutions, and Press Ganey primarily in sales/sales management, consulting and advisory services roles.

Most recently, John has served in an HR advisory role where he provided strategic insights into culture, employee engagement, and patient/customer experience so he can relate to the difficult-to-screen-for items like culture and personal attributes. Some of John’s most important accomplishments include driving over $50M in top line revenue and participating with non-profit boards like We Heart Vets.
