  • We are NOT an executive recruiting firm.
  • We specialize in the professional labor segment where an employer wouldn’t typically pay a recruiter 20% – 30% of first year’s salary. An example would be an individual contributor role or manager role that employers manage in-house today.
  • Executive recruiting firms have expressed a lot of interest in partnering together to work with their exiting employer clients for searches that they are not currently working on with the employer. Revenue sharing arrangements are on the table, so if you feel this is an opportunity to provide a new, valuable service to your existing clients, let’s talk!

Staffing Firm Owners

Recruiting Redesigned does not currently offer executive search service and will have the need to refer out complicated searches. We are looking for referral partners in the staffing industry!

HCM Industry and Consulting Practice Leaders

We value our CPA, payroll, and HR consulting partnerships as well and have extended the recruiting referral program to you! Check out the details below!

  • 10% referral fee ($250) per job up to 10 jobs ($2,500)
  • 13% referral fee ($375) per job from jobs 11 – 25 ($5,625)
  • 15% referral fee ($500) per job from jobs 26 + for life of client agreement ($ is uncapped)

Our ideal fit is an employer with:

  • Less than 1,000 employees
  • Limited HR infrastructure
  • Have an employee referral program or thinking about rolling one out
  • Owners, executives, and VP’s spending a lot of time with talent acquisition process
  • Turnover is higher than industry peers
